Vidi Content Camera 250, EasyConnect MPX 250, and Updates to Evoko Scheduling Transform the Collaboration Experience
BEAVERTON, Ore. And ORLANDO – June 2025 – Biamp, a leading provider of professional audio and video solutions, unveiled significant updates to its conferencing portfolio at InfoComm 2025. The company’s latest innovations include a new Vidi Content Cam 250 whiteboard camera, the Biamp People Gallery Tiles software update powered by artificial intelligence, a new Easy Connect MPX 250 designed for meeting spaces of any size, and advanced Evoko Scheduling solutions to deliver enhanced hybrid collaboration capabilities for modern workplaces.
“At Biamp, we’re committed to transforming how teams connect and collaborate across physical and digital spaces, so that every participant has an equal voice and presence, regardless of the space they’re in,” said Joe Andrulis, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Biamp. “These innovations are designed to remove traditional barriers in meeting spaces and empower more equitable participation. It’s about ensuring that everyone is seen, heard, and able to contribute fully to the conversation.”
Vidi Content Cam 250 Enhances Whiteboard Collaboration
The Vidi Content Cam 250 features a specialized 4K content camera designed to make hybrid whiteboard collaboration truly equitable. Purpose-built for the Microsoft Teams Rooms Content Camera feature, the device captures and digitizes whiteboard content with exceptional clarity, ensuring remote participants can see ideas clearly even when presenters are actively writing.
The Vidi Content Cam 250 offers a sleek, attractive design and either wall or ceiling mounting options that make it effective for whiteboards ranging from a standard 6 feet wide all the way up to very large 12-foot whiteboards. Key features include automatic keystone correction and translucent layering technology and seamless integration with Biamp Lenovo TSC compute solutions.
Enhanced AI-Powered Video Intelligence
Further enhancing the conferencing experience for BYOM rooms are Biamp People Gallery Tiles and Room View technology, now bringing AI-powered video intelligence to both the Vidi 280 and Parlé VBC 2800 all-in-one conferencing bar, even used without a UC room system. The Biamp People Gallery Tiles solution automatically detects and frames each in-room participant as individual tiles, enabling remote attendees to see everyone clearly, fostering more inclusive meeting experiences. Room View allows the option to also view the entirety of the room alongside the individual gallery tiles. Further, the Parlé VBC 2800 also features speaker tracking, which highlights the tile of the active talker during meetings.
EasyConnect MPX 250 Expands Content Sharing Capabilities
The EasyConnect MPX 250 addresses the growing need for flexible content sharing and the ability to make BYOM video calls in meeting spaces of all sizes, using the power of USB-C to connect, share, charge, or make a video call. Building on the intuitive, easy to use MPX 200, the updated solution supports daisy-chaining up to four units for 16-device connectivity and dual display support for any size meeting space. The MPX 250 also supports a BYOM switching mode to allow more versatility in rooms with dedicated BYOM systems.
The MPX 250 is Biamp Workplace ready, enabling remote monitoring and management capabilities for IT staff and integrator partners. The optional extension kit extends MPX 250 connectivity between meeting room displays and conference tables, eliminating cable routing constraints. The system includes the compact MPX 250 EXT wall-side connection box and a 30-foot MPX 250 Link cable in an easy to install design featuring a removable head to fit through small conduits and Kevlar reinforcement. Together, they enable flexible room designs from huddle spaces to boardrooms while maintaining full MPX 250 functionality.
Evoko Scheduling Solutions Gain Advanced Capabilities
The Biamp Evoko scheduling platform also received significant enhancements designed for modern hybrid workplaces. Those include direct daily calendar access on Naso devices, as well as the ability to schedule meetings in the future directly on the device panel. Finally, Evoko Kleeo now supports dedicated desks, allowing specific desks to be assigned to individual users.
